Wallace Keith "Wally" Joyner (born June 16, 1962 in Atlanta, Georgia) is the hitting coach for the San Diego Padres professional baseball club. He is a former first baseman in Major League Baseball. He attended high school at Redan High in Stone Mountain (suburb of Atlanta) and college at Brigham Young University and played for four different major league teams in his career: the California Angels (and later with the Anaheim Angels), Kansas City Royals, San Diego Padres, and Atlanta Braves.

In record time, the Upper Deck Company has secured training camp photos of the most-talked-about player in the NFL – newest Minnesota Vikings signal-caller Brett Favre – and will have him appear in his new purple color scheme as early as next month. A short-printed card showing him during his first practice with the Vikings on Wednesday, August 19, will appear in 2009 NFL SPx, which is scheduled to hit store shelves on Sept. 15.
