June 15, 2009 - Panini America announced the details of the exclusive card set being provided to all VIPs at the 30th National in Cleveland this summer. This year marks the 20th Anniversary of 1989 Score, so Panini America produced a six-card set in the same style as the company's famous inaugural launch.
Matthew Stafford, the top pick in the 2009 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions and Mark Sanchez, the 2nd quarterback chosen by the New York Jets, are the two key rookies that highlight the VIP set. Rounding out the set are Ben Roethlisberger, Larry Fitzgerald, Matt Ryan and Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn.
The sets are available exclusively to attendees at the 30th National who purchase either the VIP or SuperVIP Admission package.
Tickets for the 30th National Sports Collectors Convention are now available online through the National's web site at www.NSCCShow.com. The 30th National Sports Collectors Convention will be held July 29-August 2, 2009 at the International Exposition (I-X) Center in Cleveland OH.
