Leonard Kyle (Lenny) Dykstra (born February 10, 1963 in Santa Ana, California, and also known as Nails or The Dude) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder. Dykstra played for the New York Mets during the late 1980s before playing for the Philadelphia Phillies during the early 1990s. He threw and batted left-handed and served primarily as a leadoff hitter.
