Niclas Wallin (born February 20, 1975 in Boden, Sweden) is a professional ice hockey player who plays for the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes. After spending a number of years with Brynäs IF in Sweden, Wallin was drafted in the 4th round, 97th overall by the Hurricanes at the 2000 NHL Entry Draft and has remained at the team to this day. During the 2004–05 NHL lockout, Wallin returned to his native Sweden playing 39 games for Luleå HF. In 2006, he won his first Stanley Cup with the Carolina Hurricanes.
