Lynn Nolan Ryan, Jr. is a retired American right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball and current president of the Texas Rangers. Ryan played in a major league record seasons for the New York Mets, California Angels, Houston Astros, and Texas Rangers. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame .
