Olli Jokinen (born December 5, 1978 in Kuopio, Finland) is a professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League. Previously, he had been the captain of the Florida Panthers from 2003 until 2008. Jokinen was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the first round of the 1997 NHL Entry Draft as the 3rd overall pick. Holds the NHL record for most career games played 735 (11/9/2008), without ever appearing in a Stanley Cup playoff game.
