The Collection Organizer is a very easy program to use. It stores information on the description, location bought, price paid, etc on all the items in your collection together with as many photos as you want for each item. The information is easily modified, and the program will browse through your photo files for input into the organizer. The collection can be organized into various categories of your choosing, and the categories or items in those categories can be deleted at the press of a button. Items can be highlighted for sale. If items are sold, the program keeps a record of the selling price together with the profit made. The profit record can then be seen for any category.
